Résumé

Ryan J. Hartgerink, Master of Arts in Teaching

As educators, we can positively influence students and develop an innate passion for learning and success. Through differentiated interactive teaching and individualized hands-on lessons, I look forward to the opportunities to create a desire to learn in students’ lives. Using data driven teaching, I will be able to create tangible goals to drive instruction.

Providing solid leadership to energize students for success and conquer any hindrance is an exciting challenge.  Positively influencing someone’s life at the early stages is an indispensable opportunity that cannot be taken lightly, and the satisfaction of vitalizing a student’s life is immense.

I have honed skills of effective communication and understanding. By creating an environment of support, patience and encouragement, students’ frustration transforms into steps for success and a passion for learning. Transforming the mind set of a discouraged and distracted individual into someone who is eager to discuss and learn at a variety of levels is a wonderful achievement as well as extremely gratifying
